  1. New

Use My Model: your own Excel model, filled in for you

    • Upload your own Excel underwriting model once. Every deal now downloads as a copy of your workbook with the numbers already in it.
    • MultiScreen reads your model and proposes where each figure belongs. Review the suggestions, see why each cell was chosen, change anything, then approve.
    • After that it is one click per deal: your own input cells fill themselves and your model recalculates on open.
    • Your file comes back intact: macros, charts, pivot tables, and every formula are left exactly as you built them. Cells with formulas are never written.
  2. New

    Built for your team

    • Invite your teammates into one shared workspace, so everyone works the same pipeline instead of emailing spreadsheets around.
    • Share any saved deal to your team as a read-only snapshot: score, returns, and key assumptions, with nothing to accidentally overwrite.
    • Talk it through on the deal itself. A comments and activity thread keeps decisions, questions, and diligence notes in one place.
    • Turn a share link into a branded deal room: attach the OM and offering docs so a partner sees the whole package under your firm's name.
    • Send LPs a branded quarterly update, built from an owned deal's actual results against your original underwriting.
    • Upload your company logo once and it co-brands your letters of intent, LP updates, and deal-room guest view.
  3. New

    Sharper pipeline signals

    • A broker scorecard on My Deals ranks who actually sends you deals worth underwriting: deals shown, LOIs, closed, and win rate.
    • Two new automatic emails join Deal Radar: a weekly nudge on the deals that need you, and a quarterly recap of your portfolio.
  4. New

Find any feature by describing what you want

    • The Feature Finder now speaks plain English. Tell it what you're trying to do, like “compare two loan quotes” or “export to Excel,” and it ranks the closest features first.
    • Search from anywhere with ⌘K, or browse the whole directory under Features.
    • No good match? It hands you to the request board with your wording already filled in, so a miss turns into something we can build.
  5. New

Deal Radar: your pipeline, in your inbox

    • A personalized morning email with the deals that need you: offers due today, tomorrow, or this week, follow-ups waiting, and deals going quiet.
    • You choose the triggers, the fields each deal shows (price, IRR, EM, score, broker, and more), and the cadence.
    • By default it only sends when something actually needs attention, and every deal links straight into its underwriting.
    • Set it up in Settings, and preview exactly what tomorrow's email looks like before turning it on.
    • Send it to your team: up to 5 teammates receive the same radar, branded from MultiScreen with your name on it, each with their own unsubscribe.
    • Send now: fire today's radar to yourself and your team on demand, ahead of the morning schedule.
    • Reach Deal Radar in one click from the pipeline toolbar, next to Connect MCP and Feature Requests.
  6. New

    Your workspace, upgraded

    • Dark mode across the entire platform: automatic with your device, or set it from any header (or ⌘K).
    • Settings hub at /settings: plan & billing, live usage meters, LOI letterhead, MCP access, and appearance in one place.
    • ⌘K everywhere: jump between Underwrite, Pipeline, Analytics, Markets, and straight into your recent deals from any page.
    • Feature Requests board: propose ideas and vote on what we build next.
    • Unsaved-work protection: leave any deal mid-edit and your work is re-offered when you come back.
    • Assumption templates can now be renamed, updated to your current assumptions, and deleted safely.
    • Shared links now show page-specific preview cards in texts and DMs, including per-metro scorecards.
    • The pipeline works properly on phones: deal cards instead of a cramped table, collapsible filters, and a cleaner header.
    • Comp Library: edit or delete any rent comp right from the library; changes write through to the deal that carries it.
    • Compare deals works on phones: metric labels pin left while deal columns scroll side by side.
    • Fixed: the Key Assumptions rows on Compare (rent growth, vacancy, exit cap, LTV, rate) showed values 100x too large.
  7. New

    Pipeline intelligence

    • Broker relationships: who shows you deals, what you pursue, LOI rates, and who's due a follow-up.
    • Sourcing-channel analytics: marketed vs off-market vs unsolicited, with pursue and LOI rates for each.
    • Score Explorer: slice your whole underwriting history by market, vintage, size, price band, broker, and stage.
    • Underwriting & Pursuit Report: your pipeline analytics as a branded PDF or 6-sheet Excel.
    • Compare Financing: run up to four debt quotes through the full engine, side by side.
    • Lender Package: a three-page loan request with DSCR, debt yield, sources & uses, and take-out analysis.
    • AI Deal Critique: a committee-style second opinion on any underwriting, grounded in your own numbers.
    • Undo / redo on the underwrite page (⌘Z / ⌘⇧Z).
  8. New

    Comps, credit, and version control

    • Find comps (AI): candidate rent comps researched from property websites, each with a verify link.
    • Comp Library: every rent comp across all your deals, searchable and filterable.
    • ZIP-code median rent context on the comps tile, from Census data.
    • Deal version control: save named snapshots of an underwriting and compare any two.
    • Bridge-debt upgrades: rate caps, floating-rate SOFR curves, and a live two-way DSCR / LTV debt sizer.
    • Tax reassessment on sale, sponsor economics (fees + promote), and 13 automated underwriting checks.
    • Exit proceeds bridge that ties to the dollar, plus breakeven occupancy and rent metrics.
  9. Improved

    Bigger files, beta group

    • Large offering memorandums (up to 25 MB) now import reliably.
    • The MultiScreen beta group is live: working operators underwriting real deals and shaping the roadmap.
  10. New

    Quick Screen on mobile

    • Quick Screen: live IRR and a max bid for your target return, from your phone, no sign-up. Add it to your home screen.
    • Market rent context: trailing 12-month and 5-year observed rent growth beside your growth assumption (history, not a forecast).
  11. New

    Onboarding and the leaderboard

    • A first-run tour and a Start Here checklist that tracks your real activity.
    • Animated MultiScore reveal and a "What should you offer?" solver on every deal.
    • Anonymous deal leaderboard: see where your deal stands among recently screened deals.
    • Goal Seek: solve price, exit cap, rent growth, or vacancy backward from any target metric.
  12. New

    The platform wave

    • Markets module: 53 metros scored and ranked, metro detail pages, a public backtest, and deal-to-market linking.
    • Pipeline CRM: filters, tags, broker fields, follow-up dates, a drag board, and CSV export.
    • Live deal shares: send a link, they explore the underwriting interactively, and your copy never changes.
    • Due-diligence tracker with a 60+ item institutional template, seeded per deal.
    • MCP server: connect Claude or ChatGPT to your pipeline (read and screen, never write).
    • Import v2: unit-level rent roll transcription verified against ground truth, multi-file drop, import log.
