Affiliate program terms

The MultiScreen affiliate program lets approved partners earn commission by referring new paying customers to MultiScreen. By joining, creating an affiliate account, or promoting MultiScreen with a referral link, you agree to these terms.

Participation is by application and approval. We may approve or decline any applicant, and we run the program to keep it high quality and on brand for the multifamily and CRE audience.

You earn 40% of the net revenue we actually collect on every new Pro subscription you refer, for 12 months from that customer's first paid invoice. Commission is recurring: you are paid each month the referred customer stays subscribed and pays, up to the 12-month cap.

As a reference, 40% is roughly $79 per month on a full-price Pro monthly plan ($197), roughly $59 per month on a founding monthly plan, and roughly $532 one time on a founding annual plan (the 12-month window covers one annual invoice). Actual commission always tracks the real amount collected after any discount, coupon, or founding price the customer used.

Commission is calculated on net revenue: the amount we keep after discounts and promotions, and excluding taxes, and processing fees where applicable. It does not apply to your own subscription or to plan changes on customers you did not originate.

Your referral link sets a first-party cookie with a 60-day attribution window. If a visitor who clicked your link starts a paid Pro subscription any time within that window, the sale is credited to you automatically.

Attribution is last touch: if a customer clicked more than one affiliate link, the most recent link inside the window is credited. Tracking is handled by our affiliate platform (Rewardful) together with Stripe.

Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not use your own link to subscribe, create accounts on behalf of customers, or direct existing or already-in-progress customers through your link to claim credit.

Commissions are paid monthly through our affiliate platform, after a hold period that covers the 14-day money-back guarantee. The hold ensures payouts reflect real, kept revenue rather than sales that later refund.

A minimum balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued. Balances below the minimum roll forward until the threshold is met.

You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn. You are an independent participant in the program, not an employee, agent, or partner of MultiScreen, and nothing here creates any such relationship.

Commission is earned only on revenue we keep. A refund inside the guarantee window, a chargeback, or fraud on a referred order is not commissionable, and any commission already credited for it is reversed.

If a referred customer cancels, recurring commission simply stops from that point. You keep commission already earned on the months they paid, up to the 12-month cap.

Promote honestly. Describe MultiScreen accurately, do not make income, return, or performance guarantees, and do not present it as investment advice. Do not imply outcomes we do not claim ourselves.

Disclose the relationship. You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, in line with FTC endorsement guidelines and any rules of the platform you post on.

No bidding on our brand. You may not run paid search or social ads on MultiScreen brand terms or close variants, and you may not use our name in a way that competes with our own listings.

No coupon, deal, or cashback sites, no unsolicited email or spam, no bots or misleading redirects, and no posting your link where it violates a platform's rules. Do not register domains, social handles, or send addresses that impersonate MultiScreen.

We provide approved copy, screenshots, and logos in the affiliate swipe kit. Use them as provided and do not alter the logo, the product screenshots, or the numbers in a way that misrepresents the product.

You may share your own honest experience and results. If you show the product, use current screenshots from the swipe kit or your own account rather than outdated marketing images.

Founding affiliates invited before the program opens publicly receive a complimentary Pro account for the duration of their participation, so they can use MultiScreen before recommending it. The account is for evaluation and content, under the same one-seat, non-transferable terms as any Pro account.

We may suspend or remove any affiliate, withhold or reverse commission tied to a violation, or close the program, if these terms are breached or if activity risks the brand, the product, or other customers.

Either side may leave the program at any time. Commission properly earned on kept revenue before you leave is still paid, subject to the hold and minimum payout rules above.

We may update these terms or the commission structure as the program evolves. Changes are not retroactive: subscriptions referred before a change keep the commission terms in effect when they were referred. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates.
